A Walk-Through for Your Financial House

Theme: 
Defining the Project - A  Scrape, a Remodel or a Move Up?

Description: 
A 60-90 minute meeting where we tour your "financial house."  You will be doing most of the talking.  We will mostly listen and ask questions.  We will, however, provide you with a basic understand of "How Money Makes Money" and a tour of the resources on our website.  We will send you a 10 question Investor Profile (there are no wrong answers) prior to this meeting and ask you to bring it with you.

Things to bring to the meeting:

  • Investor Profile Questionnaire
  • Current statements of all investment accounts (IRAs, 401Ks, etc.)
  • Living expense budget (specific or general)
  • Inheritance information if that is relevant
  • Recent tax return (if you would like to discuss tax issues)
  • Copies of Wills or Trusts (if you would like to discuss estate planning)
  • Insurance policies (if you would like  to discuss family protection)

Things to think about:

  • What are your financial goals?
  • What progress are you making toward those goals?
  • How long do you want to work?
  • What do you want retirement to look like?
